- Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable goods, such as meats, fruits, and vegetables, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, spoiled, or of unsatisfactory quality at the time of purchase.
- Return Timeframe: Any issues with perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refund or Exchange: You may choose either a refund or an exchange for the unsatisfactory item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been opened or partially consumed are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
